Gates Open: 7:15 p.m. nightly
Performances:
Thursday, June 26| 8:45 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

Saturday, June 28 | 8:45 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Each of the shows will feature drones, LED candles, and guests on Cricket Field. Please be mindful of additional traffic and activity during the door times listed above.
Please note that the drone airspace has been set so that none of the boarding barns are in the flight zone.
Security, Safety Zones, and Restricted Access
To ensure safety during drone flights, specific zones will be closed, and access will be restricted during scheduled flight times:
June 25 (Wednesday) Flight Times: Wind test 1 (8pm – 8:15pm), Wind test 2 (8pm – 8:15pm), Flight Times (8:55pm –9:37pm)

We urge boarders to use caution during the posted flight times above. Should there be an emergency, either for horse or person, please call LAEC Security at 747-688-2678.
Safety Measures
LAEC Security is the main contact for anyone on-site during these events. They will be able to reach any management or operations staff as needed. LAEC Security: 747-688-2678.
“No Public Access” signs will be posted in barn areas, and all public and boarder spaces will be clearly designated and protected. Informational signage will also be posted along the perimeter trail.
Boarders can use Willie Nelson Way (entrance in front of the security booth) to get to boarder Parking
Barricades and marked entrance and exit routes will help direct traffic flow and limit public access to designated areas.
Parking Information
Parking staff will be onsite to manage all event parking and ensure that boarder parking is not impacted. The Parking areas designated for these events are Hunt Field, RV Lot, C Lot, the Dirt/Trailer Lot, Show Barn Parking, D Ring, lower Allen Arena, Trails End Arena, and P Ring
Event Approval and Safety Compliance
This event has been fully approved by the Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks, and all necessary permits have been secured. Local law enforcement and emergency services have been notified, and all required walk-throughs and inspections have been completed to ensure a safe experience.
